Indianapolis/ October 19, 2023 –As Phoenix, AZ public safety continues to be threatened by the prospect of the City surrendering local control of its 500 officer short police department to the federal government, the National Police Association’s “Cops are Heroes” mobile billboard hit the streets to show support for local law enforcement.
