Indianapolis – May 11, 2024. Gastonia, NC Police Officer Rita Goulet driver of the Rise Motorsports, National Police Association #31 Chevy is honoring and remembering all law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice and specifically honoring those we lost in the line of duty during 2023. At the ARCA Racing Series Music City 150 at the historic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, Rita will carry the names of the 137 law enforcement officers and 25 K9s killed in the line of duty during 2023 on a specially made hood. Furthermore, Rita will carry Huntsville, AL Police Officer Garrett Crumby’s name on the passenger side name rail of the #31 Chevy. Rita and Officer Crumby worked together while he was a Tuscaloosa Police Department officer. Officer Crumby was killed in the line of duty March 28, 2023.
